This page explains how Lena's Secrets delivers memberships, digital access and related online services after a successful purchase.

Lena's Secrets is a digital service operated by Lena Studio LLC.

1. Digital Service

Lena's Secrets provides digital memberships and online access to private journal entries, stories, photographs, editorial content, personal notes and other members-only material.

Membership purchases do not include shipment of physical goods unless a separate offer expressly states otherwise.

2. How Access Is Delivered

After successful payment confirmation, membership access is activated electronically on the member's account.

Members access the service by signing in to the website using the account associated with the purchased membership.

3. Activation Time

Card payments are normally confirmed shortly after the payment provider approves the transaction.

Cryptocurrency payments may require one or more blockchain confirmations before membership access can be activated.

In most cases, activation is automatic after successful payment confirmation. Temporary delays may occur because of payment-provider processing, blockchain confirmation, security review or technical issues.

4. Membership Period

The membership period is determined by the plan selected at checkout.

Access begins after the membership is successfully activated unless a different start date is clearly stated before purchase.

Membership access ends when the applicable access period expires unless the member purchases or activates another membership period.

5. Confirmation of Delivery

Successful activation of the member account and ability to access the applicable members-only area constitutes delivery of the digital service.

Transaction records, membership status and access records may be used to verify when digital access was delivered.

6. No Physical Shipping

Lena's Secrets membership is delivered electronically.

No postal or courier delivery is required for the standard membership service, and no shipping address is required solely for delivery of digital membership access.

7. Payment Confirmation

Payment confirmation may be received from a bank, card processor, cryptocurrency payment provider or another authorised payment service.

Membership access will not normally be activated for a payment that remains pending, failed, expired, cancelled or otherwise unconfirmed.

8. Cryptocurrency Payments

When paying with cryptocurrency, members must use the exact wallet address, cryptocurrency, blockchain network and amount shown on the payment page.

Sending funds through an incorrect network or to an incorrect address may prevent automatic confirmation and may result in loss of funds.

Activation occurs after the payment provider confirms that the required payment has been successfully received.

9. Card Payments

When card payments are available, the payment is processed by the relevant bank or authorised payment provider.

Membership activation occurs after a successful payment confirmation is received by Lena's Secrets.

10. Failed or Delayed Activation

If payment has been successfully completed but membership access does not activate within a reasonable period, the member should contact support.

We will verify the payment and, where appropriate, activate the purchased access manually or provide another suitable resolution.

11. Technical Availability

We aim to provide continuous access to the digital service, but temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, software updates, hosting issues, internet disruption, security measures or third-party service outages.

A temporary technical interruption does not normally change the original membership period unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically agreed with the member.

12. Member Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email address, login credentials and compatible internet-connected device.

Members should contact support if they believe their account has been compromised or they cannot access a valid membership.

13. Refunds

Questions concerning refunds, duplicate payments or failed delivery are governed by the Refund Policy published on Lena's Secrets.
